  • Immediate needs assessments

  • Research and appointment of therapists
  • Assistance with property adaptations
  • Assistance with arranging accessible holidays
  • Assistance with adapted vehicle purchase

An Immediate Needs Assessment is a comprehensive report that examines the effects of injuries on various aspects of a client’s life, encompassing personal care, leisure activities, transportation, mood, and work-related matters.

This report outlines the client’s rehabilitation goals and provides recommendations from the Case Manager regarding services, treatments, and equipment needed to facilitate the attainment of these goals.

Additionally, the report provides an overview of estimated costs for rehabilitation interventions, taking into account both statutory and private options, if applicable. It also specifies the anticipated case management hours over a defined period.
