Case Management for Children and Adults
Unlocking Potential – Re-imagining Life

Kati Innes Case Management (KICM) delivers personalised care packages to children and adults who have suffered catastrophic injuries.

KICM was founded by Kati Innes in 2018 after working as a qualified Occupational Therapist for more than 20 years specialising in therapy for children and adults with complex needs. The KICM team has extensive experience working within litigation.

We work with both settled and on-going litigation cases, primarily with those with acquired brain injury or cerebral palsy.

We provide services in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Brighton and Hove, Kent and Hampshire.

We have been rated “Good in All Areas” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in September 2022.

What is

CASE MANAGEMENT?

Case Management is defined by The British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM) as “an active process devoted to the coordination, rehabilitation, care and support of people with complex, clinical needs and their families. It aims to facilitate their independence and improve their quality of life whilst acknowledging safety issues.”

What is

A CASE MANAGER?

A Case Manager should be a qualified health or social care professional. At KICM we ensure all of our Case Managers are members of BABICM and have significant experience in working with clients with complex needs. Our Case Managers work closely with our clients to assist to meet their ongoing needs, continually reviewing, and providing support as life and needs change.

“As a company, we work with our clients and their family to ensure a holistic and client-focused rehabilitation and recovery process. You can be certain that your Case Manager will always act as your advocate and communicate your needs to all relevant parties.“
